SARCO Architects Winner of 5-Star Best Residential Property Costa Rica Award

We have received the great news that SARCO Architects Costa Rica is now a double award-winner at this year’s edition of the Americas Property Awards. This year, the COVID pandemic has changed many things, and the awards ceremony is no exception. Instead of the usual award ceremony, like last year’s ceremony which was held at the Fairmont Royal Hotel in Toronto, Canada. This year we had a Virtual Awards event, unveiled on November 11, 2020.

We have to confess and say we are ecstatic with our results, although we were very confident that our most recent project, the Villa Serena residence in Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste would have great results and we were not wrong!

Double Award-Winners at the 2020 Americas Property Awards

On this occasion, we have received the “5-Star Best Residential Property Costa Rica Award 2020-2021” award as well as “Award Winner, Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica 2020-2021” . Furthermore, and for the second year in a row, we have been selected for a very small group of projects and have received the nomination to the Grand Finals.

Last year we were ecstatic with our win for amazing recognition we received with the “Best Architecture Single Residence Americas 2019-2020” Award.

With this year’s Virtual Event Ceremony, we are glad to share with you the video corresponding to our awards win at this year’s Americas Property Awards.

And with this year’s double award win, SARCO Architects Costa Rica is now a TEN-TIME award winner at the International Property Awards.

The USA & Americas Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

The USA & Americas Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized design awards throughout the regions.

The USA & Americas Award Winners were announced on 11 November 2020. The Awards are in their 27 ^th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered inf the overall international awards, culminating in announcements of the International and World’s Best winners at the end of the process.
