5-Star, Best Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica 2019-2020 Americas Property Award winner

We are incredibly proud to announce that for the seventh time, SARCO Architects Costa Rica is honored to de the recipient of an International Property Award for the seventh time.

On this occasion, our Casa Aramara luxury home project has allowed us to win the “5-Star, Best Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica 2019-2020” award.

After receiving our 7th award, our CEO & Design Director Roderick Anderson expressed:

Casa Aramara is a project located in Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste, and is currently under construction.

The design adapts to the terrain of a very steep hillside lot, with slopes ranging from 20 to 30 degrees, a ravine in the middle of the property where rainwater goes through the roadside above and topography that varies throughout the site.

This luxury home will feature several sustainable architecture elements to enhance its interior comfort and reduce energy needs.

Furthermore, SARCO Architects Costa Rica was one of only four recipients in the entire continent of the nomination for the “Best of Americas” awards in the Architecture Single Residence category. The International Property Awards Grand Finale will be held at the Savoy Hotel in London in December 2019.

The  USA & Americas Property Awards  are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized design awards throughout the regions.

And, are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts.

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

They focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
